1 General Terms and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the 88ddb platform and every user of our website, mobile site, and related services. By browsing the website, creating an account, logging in, or using any service, you fully accept these Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements and Age Limit

The services of 88ddb are available only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to use this platform.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must have the legal right to place bets from your own account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or restriction program.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as a representative of any other person.

88ddb may at any time request identification documents or records for age verification. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account in cases of doubt until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If the existence of multiple accounts is proven, 88ddb has the right to confiscate and close all such accounts, and all balances and bonuses may be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to update your information as soon as possible if any changes occur.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for your login credentials, password, and the security of your account. You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, 88ddb may at any time request the following documents to verify your identity:

• Scan copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank account or mobile banking statement
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank letter)
• Selfie or live photo

We reserve the right to hold withdrawal processing until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 88ddb is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposit transactions must remain within the limits set by the respective payment method.

If any issue arises during the deposit process, contact our support team with the transaction reference number. Deposited funds are non-refundable unless a transaction fails due to a technical error.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• If a bonus has been used, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled
• There must be no ongoing investigation or restriction
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available balance

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 88ddb does not accept or send transactions in any foreign currency.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

In the case of any suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent transaction, 88ddb may hold funds, conduct an investigation, and take necessary legal action. If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive an additional ৳5,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳10,000 to start playing with.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager a total amount equal to 20 times the bonus before withdrawing the bonus funds. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

The following points are included in the bonus terms:

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games
• Wagering must be completed within the specified period after receiving the bonus
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time
• A maximum bet limit applies while completing bonus wagering

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

88ddb has three VIP levels. Members can advance to higher levels based on regular activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP benefits may be changed or cancelled at any time at the discretion of 88ddb. Detailed terms for each VIP level apply separately.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

Abuse of bonuses or promotions (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

6 Betting, Gaming and Service Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets placed on 88ddb are considered final, however bets may be cancelled or reviewed in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned
• If odds are incorrect or inconsistent due to a technical error
• If evidence of match fixing or unfair advantage is found
• In accordance with instructions from the relevant authority

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events. Betting is also available on Bangladesh national team (Bangladesh Tigers) matches. The specific betting rules for each event will be stated on that event's page.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by approved software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are completely random and cannot be predicted.

6.4 Interrupted Games

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical failure, loss of internet connection, or any other reason, 88ddb will make a decision based on the last recorded state on the game server. In such cases, our decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88ddb and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of misconduct
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Attempting to use or steal another person's account
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person
• Attempting to engage in match fixing, use insider information, or gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security
• Obtaining services by providing false information
• Assisting in creating an account for a minor

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Forfeiture

8.1 Rights of 88ddb

88ddb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms
• If fraudulent or unusual activity is detected
• If a member fails to cooperate with the verification process
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the defined inactivity policy)
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements

8.2 Member's Rights

Any member may voluntarily close their account. An opportunity will be given to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, however if there is an ongoing investigation, withdrawal will be processed after it concludes. Account closure requests can be made via live chat or email.

9 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Service Guarantee

The 88ddb platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unavoidable circumstances.

9.2 Financial Risk

Gaming and betting are inherently financially risky. There is a possibility of losing your deposited funds entirely. 88ddb does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for losses. Only invest the amount of money you can afford to lose.

9.3 Third-Party Liability
